Payment Terms

  • A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee all reservations.

  • For standard rates: Your card will be pre-authorized at the time of booking, but charged only upon arrival or departure (unless otherwise specified).

  • For non-refundable/special rates: Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

  • All transactions are processed in EURO.

Pre-Authorization
A pre-authorization hold may be placed on your card for incidentals or security deposit at check-in. This hold is released after check-out, per your bank's processing time.

Booking Confirmation
After completing your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation with:

  • Your booking details (dates, room type, rate)

  • Reservation number

  • Summary of our key policies (cancellation, check-in times)
    Contact us immediately if you do not receive this within 24 hours.

Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 18 years old (with valid government-issued photo ID) to book a room and check in. Some room types or promotions may require guests to be 21+.

Currency & Taxes

  • All prices are quoted and charged in EURO

  • Rates are subject to applicable state/local taxes and fees current rate 18%

Payment Security
All payments are processed through a PCI DSS-compliant gateway with SSL encryption. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

Cancellation Deadlines & Fees

  • Refundable Rates:
    Free cancellation is available until 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time (11:00 AM local time). Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equal to one night's room rate plus taxes.

  • Non-Refundable Rates / Special Offers:
    These rates require full payment at booking and are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

Modification Policy

  • Changes to your reservation (dates, room type, number of guests) are subject to availability and rate differences.

  • Modifications requested more than 48 hours before check-in are free of charge (subject to new rate).

  • Modifications requested within 48 hours of check-in may incur a fee of €25 per change plus any applicable rate difference.

  • Non-refundable rates cannot be modified.

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and do not cancel according to the policy above, your entire reservation will be canceled and you will be charged a no-show fee equal to the full first night's room rate plus taxes. For multi-night stays, subsequent nights will be released.

Early Departure

  • Guests checking out before their confirmed departure date will be charged one additional night's room rate plus taxes.

Force Majeure Events

  • Hotel Ari understands unforeseen major events (natural disasters, extreme weather, government travel bans, pandemics) may disrupt travel. In such verified force majeure situations, we will work with guests to reschedule stays or provide credit vouchers valid for 12 months. Refunds for non-refundable rates are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Proof of the event's impact may be required.

How to Cancel or Modify

  • Online: Access your booking via the link in your confirmation email.

  • By Email: Send requests to info@hotelari.com. Include your name, reservation number, and new details (for modifications).

  • By Phone: Call +383 49 565 939 during business hours (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CET, Mon-Sun).

Important Notes

  • Cancellation/modification deadlines are based on Hotel Ari's local time (CET/CEST).

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • This policy supersedes any conflicting information provided by third-party booking sites. Always refer to the policy on your Hotel Ari confirmation email.
