ACCESSIBILITY POLICY

Hotel Ari is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards on our website and throughout our physical property.

Website Accessibility Features:

  • Keyboard navigation support

  • Resizable text up to 200% without loss of content

  • Clear form labels and error identification

  • Consistent navigation structure

Property Accessibility Features:

  • 4 ADA-compliant guest rooms with roll-in showers

  • Accessible parking spaces and entrance ramps

  • Elevators with audible announcements and Braille controls

  • Visual fire alarms in all accessible rooms

  • Service animal friendly (no pet fees for service animals)

STAY POLICY

Check-in/Check-out Times:

  • Standard check-in: 1:00 PM

  • Standard check-out: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in/Late check-out: Subject to availability with €20 fee

Occupancy Rules:

  • Maximum occupancy: 2 adults per standard room, 4 adults per suite

  • Children under 12 stay free in parent's room (max 2 children)

  • Extra bed: €25/night (available in suites only)

  • Infant cribs: Complimentary (request at booking)

Identification Requirement:

  • Valid government-issued photo ID required at check-in

  • Credit card must match ID for incidentals

Pet Policy:

  • Pets are not allowed in rooms.

Smoking Policy:

  • 100% non-smoking property (including balconies)

  • €250 deep-cleaning fee for violations

  • Designated smoking area: South parking lot

Damages & Incidentals:

  • €200 pre-authorization hold required at check-in

  • Guests liable for damage beyond normal wear

  • Lost key fee: €50 per key card

Quiet Hours:

  • 10:00 PM - 7:00 Daily

  • Noise complaints may result in €100 fine/eviction
